About Amit Sharma

I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, working at Bayleys in One Tree Hill, Auckland. Before real estate — and still alongside it — I have spent more than ten years in social media marketing, running content and paid campaigns for New Zealand businesses.

Those two halves are not separate careers. Marketing is how I sell houses: the campaign, the photography, the reach and the follow-up are the same disciplines whether the product is a three-bedroom home in Mangere or a small business trying to find its next hundred customers.

Everything here is written or built by me, for a New Zealand audience. There are four kinds of thing on the site:

• Articles. Practical writing on selling, buying and marketing in Auckland — what a campaign actually costs, how to read comparable sales, what adds value before you list. It lives on the blog.
• Guides and courses. Long-form free material, including the seller's guide and buyer's guide, plus courses on small business marketing, social media and AI.
• Free tools. A suite of browser tools — office documents, PDFs, images, audio and video, and NZ invoices. They run entirely on your device; nothing you open in them is uploaded to me or to anyone else.
• My services. Real estate representation in Auckland, and marketing work for businesses that want it done for them.

Plainly, so there is no confusion. I earn commission when I sell a client's home, and fees when a business hires me for marketing work or buys one of the paid courses. The free tools, guides and articles are free because they are how people find me.
