    What you get

Everything a plan needs — nothing it doesn’t

    Real maths, not vibes

Your calorie and macro targets come from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — the same method dietitians use — adjusted for your goal and activity.

A diet plan you can follow

Meals built around everyday NZ food and your calorie target — no exotic ingredients, no starvation numbers.

    3, 4 or 5-day training splits

A structured split matched to how many days you can actually train — with sets, reps and progression, not a random exercise list.

    An honest NZ supplement stack

Only what the evidence supports, at NZ prices — and if a supplement isn’t worth your money, the plan says so.

    Who built it

Built by Amit Sharma — no gimmicks, no upsell funnels

PeakForm is built and run by Amit Sharma, the Auckland marketer and Bayleys agent behind amit.marketing. It exists because most fitness apps bury a simple plan under subscriptions and hype. Here the planner is free, the maths is published, and the only paid products are one-off written plans.

PeakForm provides general health and fitness information only — it is not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting any new diet, training program or supplement.

    Quick answers

    Is PeakForm free?

The AI planner is free — answer 8 questions and get your calorie target, macro split and plan outline at no cost, no sign-up. Full written plans are optional one-off purchases: the Fuel meal plan ($29), the Built training program ($29) or the Complete Stack ($49).

How does PeakForm work out my calories?

It uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation — a published, widely used formula for estimating resting energy needs — then adjusts for your activity level and whether you want to lose fat, maintain or build muscle.

Do I need supplements for the plan to work?

No. Food and training do the heavy lifting. The supplement guidance covers a small, evidence-based stack at NZ prices and is upfront about what isn’t worth buying.

    Is this medical advice?

No. PeakForm provides general health and fitness information only, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new diet or training program, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
