Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to the premium Growth Suite tools on amit.marketing — the Social Media Researcher and the SEO Engine. By using them you agree to the points below.

Public data only

The Social Media Researcher collects only information that profiles have chosen to make publicly available. It does not log in to your Instagram account, bypass privacy settings, or access private data.

You are the sender

When you email leads, you are the sender and the party responsible for the message. You must comply with the law that applies to you and your recipients, including New Zealand’s Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, the GDPR (for EU contacts) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. In practice that means:

• Clearly identify yourself and your business in every message.
• Include a working, honoured unsubscribe / opt-out in every message.
• Have a legitimate reason to contact the recipient and keep messages relevant.
• Stop contacting anyone who opts out, promptly.

No prohibited use

Do not use these tools to harass, deceive, send unlawful or deceptive content, scrape minors’ data, resell collected data as a list, or in any way that breaches a platform’s terms of service. Instagram and other platforms have their own terms; you are responsible for your own compliance with them.

Your data

Leads and content you generate are stored against your account so you can return to them. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

Changes
