Common reasons people get in touch
- Selling or thinking about it. Start with the free AI appraisal if you want a number first — there is no obligation and no follow-up unless you ask for one.
- Buying in Auckland. Current listings are on the listings page, and the buyer's guide covers the process end to end.
- Marketing for your business. What I do and what it costs is set out on the marketing page.
- Something on this site is broken or wrong. Tell me — especially if it is a factual error in an article or a tool that has stopped working. Email is best for this.
- Privacy requests. To see, correct or delete the information held about you, email either address above. The process is described in the privacy policy.
