We only collect personal information you choose to give us, including when you:

• request a free AI home appraisal (your name, email, phone and the property address);
• request the free AI Business Growth Audit (your name, email, phone, business name, website and social profiles);
• download a free guide, join a free course, or subscribe to updates (your name and email);
• book a call, enquire about marketing or real estate services, or contact us (the details you provide);
• buy an optional paid product (payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details).

Our free browser tools (word processor, spreadsheet, PDF and image tools, calculators, etc.) run entirely in your browser — the files and data you use in them are not uploaded to us or stored on our servers.

• to respond to your enquiry and provide the appraisal, audit, guide, course or service you asked for;
• to send you updates, tips or offers only where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• to follow up about real estate or marketing services that may be relevant to your enquiry;
• to operate, secure and improve this website.

Any marketing emails we send comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. We send them only with your consent, identify ourselves clearly, and include a working unsubscribe link in every message. You can opt out at any time and we will action it promptly.

From time to time we may use contact details you have shared with us — or provided in the course of dealing with Amit Sharma — to show you relevant ads for our property and marketing services on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Google. Where we do this, your details are only ever shared with those platforms in a secure, hashed (irreversible) form used solely for ad-matching, and are never sold. You can opt out at any time by contacting us using the details below, or by adjusting your ad-preference settings on those platforms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed — for example Supabase (secure form and database hosting), our email provider, Calendly (call bookings) and Stripe (payments). Where you make a real estate enquiry, your details may be shared with Bayleys to assist you. If analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta pixel) are enabled, they may process limited, de-identified usage data to measure and improve our marketing.

Your information is stored on reputable cloud services and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. Some providers may store data overseas; where they do, we use providers that apply comparable privacy safeguards. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to request corrections, and to ask us to delete it. To make a request, or if you have any privacy concern, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

This site may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well if you do.
