Paji Studio Content Policy
Paji Studio turns plain-English prompts into cinematic AI images and video. This policy explains what you own, how you can use it, and the small number of things you must not create. It applies whenever you use Paji Studio. Plain English, no fine-print traps.
Your content is yours
Everything you generate in Paji Studio is yours. Outputs are watermark-free, and to the extent we can grant it, we assign you all rights in the images and video you create. We don’t claim ownership of your prompts or your results, and we won’t resell them.
Commercial use is included
You can publish and sell what you make — in ads, on social, for clients, in products — on every plan, including the free trial. You’re responsible for making sure the finished content is lawful and appropriate for wherever you use it.
Only upload what you have the rights to
Some features (like “Animate this”) let you start from your own image. Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Don’t upload someone else’s photo, copyrighted artwork, a brand’s logo, or a picture of a real person, without the right to do so. You’re responsible for the inputs you provide.
What you must not create
Paji Studio may not be used to generate, upload or distribute:
- Real-person impersonation or deepfakes — content that depicts a real, identifiable person (including public figures) without their consent, or that could deceive people about who said or did something.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, always reported where required.
- Illegal content — anything unlawful in New Zealand or where you are, including content that promotes terrorism, extreme violence, or serious harm.
- Harassment, hate or non-consensual intimate imagery — content that targets, degrades or sexualises a person without consent.
- Fraud and deception — fake documents, IDs, or content designed to scam, phish or mislead.
- Infringement — content that violates someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
Moderation and enforcement
We use automated and manual checks to keep the generator safe. If content breaches this policy we may block a prompt, remove a result, restrict features, or suspend or terminate an account — and, where the law requires, report it to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches mean losing access without a refund of used credits.
Governing law
Paji Studio is operated from New Zealand. This policy is governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to it. Nothing here limits rights you have under laws that apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the models and features evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. Questions, or want to report content? Reach out via the contact details on amit.marketing. See also our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
