How to bulk resize & convert images
A whole gallery resized and converted in one go — free and in your browser.
- 1
Add your photos
Drag in a folder of images or click to browse — JPG, PNG, WebP and iPhone HEIC are all welcome. They stay on your device.
- 2
Set a max width
Type a maximum width in pixels (e.g. 1600 for web galleries), or leave it blank to keep every image at its original size. Photos are never upscaled.
- 3
Pick an output format
Choose Keep (re-encode each in its own format), JPG, PNG or WebP. For lossy formats you can also set a quality level.
- 4
Process & download
Hit Process and watch the progress count. Every image is resized and converted, then bundled into a single images.zip.
- 5
Unzip and use
Open the zip and your batch is ready — perfectly sized for listings, online stores, email or your website.
Bulk Image Resize & Convert — FAQ
Is this bulk image tool really free?
Yes — resize and convert as many images as you like, free, with no signup and no watermark. An optional Pro membership (NZ$9/mo) adds saved presets and no batch caps, but the free tool handles whole galleries on its own.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Every image is decoded, resized and re-encoded right inside your browser using the HTML canvas — there is no server and nothing leaves your device. The zip is built locally too.
Which formats can I convert between?
Input can be JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC/HEIF. Output can be JPG, PNG or WebP — or choose “Keep” to re-encode each image in its own best-fit format.
Can I use this to prep real-estate listing or product photos?
Absolutely — that is exactly what it is built for. Drop a full shoot, cap the width at something like 1600px, export as WebP or JPG, and you have a fast, consistent gallery ready for Trade Me, realestate.co.nz, OneRoof or your online store.
Will it shrink images that are already small?
No — the max width only resizes photos that are wider than your setting. Anything already narrower is left at full size and simply re-encoded, so nothing is blurrily upscaled.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser, and it reads iPhone HEIC photos directly. No app to install. Large batches just go a little faster on a desktop.
