Is this PDF splitter really free?
Yes — split as many PDFs as you like, free, with no signup and no watermark. An optional Pro membership (NZ$9/mo) adds batch processing and saved history, but the free tool is fully usable on its own.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. The tool uses pdf-lib directly in your browser, so your PDF never leaves your device. There is no server and nothing is stored online.
How do I extract just one page from a PDF?
Choose “Extract pages”, type the page number (e.g. 7), and download a new single-page PDF. You can also extract a set like “2, 5, 9” into one file.
Can I split a bank statement or contract into sections?
Yes. Use “Custom ranges” and enter the ranges for each section, e.g. “1-2, 3-6, 7-10”. Each range becomes its own PDF, delivered together as a .zip.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser. No app to install.
