Why is conversion slow on a large file?
Converting re-encodes the whole video frame by frame, and that runs single-threaded in your browser. A short clip finishes quickly; a long or high-resolution file — especially on a phone — can take a while. For best results, keep clips short.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — it runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser. On a phone, re-encoding large files is slower, so trim long videos down first or stick to short clips.
